Chris Schreiber, CCIM Since 1991, I have been a real estate professional. I graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an Emphasis in Real Estate Finance in 1993. From 1993 up until our relocation to Northern Idaho, I worked in commercial real estate appraisal and consulting, with experience in residential, subdivisions, multi-family, office buildings, retail, and industrial. Assignments included property throughout California, as well as a few superior regional assignments in the Mid-West, Pacific Northwest, and the East Coast. My family and I are truly dedicated to the local community, owing and operating our horse ranch in Sagle, being an active volunteer with the local fire district and sheriff’s office, and volunteering with our church. We operate a small investment property partnership (Northwest Investments) currently with a project here in Sandpoint and one in Couer d’Alene, so we also understand the needs of investors as well as home owners. I joined Century 21 On the Lake to provide my clientele with the national exposure and name recognition that only Century 21 can provide. I utilize national marketing efforts combined with local expertise, an extensive educational and professional background, and a common sense approach to negotiations and contracts.
