I always knew that I would live in paradise. What was not clear was the zip code of paradise. I found that zip code in 1999 and it's 83864. Sandpoint, Idaho! My wife Julie and I were married in 1987 and are the proud parents of two boys. Josh 14 and Jeremiah 9. Both are very active in soccer and skiing. They make our job as parents very pleasant. Julie has practiced optometry for almost 13 years, graduating from Southern California College of Optometry in1993. Her patience and staff refer to her as "Dr. Julie", but to me she will always be my best friend, a literal answer to my prayers. Julie and I knew from the very beginning that Southern California was not where we wanted to raise our family. Even though growing there ourselves had been great, things were changing. So after she (finally) finished school we packed up her degrees and the old Subaru and made our way north. After a few stops along the way we found Sandpoint! We found paradise! Sandpoint is one of those places that is inspiring, we are proud to tell others where we live. I wake up in the morning and feel blessed. As I make my way to my car I take a deep breath and breathe in the scent of fresh Pine trees. On the way to the office I have to slow down so as not to scare the wild Turkey's as they meander down the road, all the while, keeping my eye out for the mama moose and her baby. By now I have reached the highway. Waiting for me is the Pend Oreille the river, greeting me and escorting me into town. Reflections of mountains, Bald Eagles, early morning water skiers in the summer and billowing clouds in the winter serve as a reminder that I have infact found Heaven on earth! Paradise! Being a Realtor is in my blood, and is something that I have wanted to do all my life. Whether I am helping people find their first home or some investment property, a dream home on Lake Pend Oreille or perhaps that condo on Schweitzer Mountain. I love it all!
